What materials are used in your resin home decor items?

We use high-quality epoxy resin, known for its durability and clarity. Each piece is crafted with pigments, additives, and other design elements to create unique effects.

Are your products safe for food use?

Most of our resin products are designed for decorative and functional use but are not intended for direct food contact. However, our cups and tumblers are made with food-safe resin, ensuring they are safe for drinking.

Can I customize my resin decor items?

Yes, absolutely! customization is at the heart of what we do. I'll collaborate with you to finalize the design before starting.

Once the design details are finalized, the item will be handcrafted according to the agreed specifications. Minor variations are part of the handmade process, and adjustments after completion are not possible.

Full payment is required upfront for custom orders. Once your piece is completed, I’ll send you photos for final approval. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, to account for materials and time spent, I will issue a partial refund of 20% of the total price. The item will then be listed in my shop for others to purchase.

How do I care for my resin coasters and holders?

To maintain the integrity and appearance of your resin coasters and holders, it is recommended to clean them with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads, as these can scratch the surface. Though the resin contains UV light protection, it's advisable to keep them away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent discoloration over time.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

The estimated delivery time for orders typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary based on order volume.

Do you offer returns or exchanges on your products?

Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sales are final. However, if you have an issue, please contact me—I’ll do my best to help!

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. The claim may help recover the cost of the damaged item, but approval is at the discretion of the carrier. While I cannot guarantee the outcome, I’ll provide all the necessary information to support the process.
